Verification is an extremely important and challenging part of the quality assurance process for EPDs. As referred to in the standard, the aim of the verification process is to verify that all declared information is correct and that all of the requirements set for the declaration have been met.
There is a growing need for new verifiers. Potential verifiers can apply for the verifier status from the Committee. The qualifications set for verifiers can be viewed on the verifier application (.docx) and the RTS EPD Guideline (pdf). All materials related to the RTS EPD can be downloaded from the Materials-page.
